How it works...

Step One: Reserve Your Spot

When you are ready to book,  just  click on the "Book Now" button and secure your spot with a $200 non-refundable deposit.   By accepting your commission, I reserve dedicated time exclusively for you and turn away other opportunities to ensure my full commitment to your project.  For this reason, the deposit is non-refundable.

Step 2: Send me your reference photos

Once you have booked, you will receive  an email with further instructions for sending your reference photos, including the details about when I will need them and my tips for choosing a reference  for the most beautiful results.  If you are uncertain which photo to choose, feel free to send all your favorites, I am happy to provide feedback and help you decide!   At this point, I will also ask you to share your preferences for background color. Don't worry, you will be able to get a good idea of what the background will look like with your reference in the mock up step which comes next. I encourage you to also share something special about your pet which I will keep in mind as I paint your portrait, as I believe it helps me to create an artwork that evokes an emotional connection with the viewer.

Step Three: The Mock-Up

I will create a basic basic mock-up using your reference photo and up to ten different background color options based on the color preferences that you indicated when sending in your reference photos. The purpose of the mock-up is to better help you visualize what the main background color behind the reference image will look like, so that you can more easily choose which will best complement your space.
